From Concept to Production

Production is the process of transforming ideas from brainstorming to computer pages. Combining typography variations, images, logos, graphics and color coordinations into a mechanical and/or digital format to send to the printer while using design software. The computer software, then progresses to an imaging process and on to printing. Vendors are carefully chosen and scheduled to complete final files in time for the scheduled print date.

Printing Process

A printing process is the systematic method used to transfer text and images onto a substrate (such as paper, fabric, or plastic). It involves applying a coloring agent—like ink or toner—to a surface using a master template, plate, or digital instruction. Professional printers are selected according to inks and finishes on schedule. Press checks are made before the final job is printed.
